* Last Three months Payslips & Form 16 / Last Three years IT Returns & CA Certificate
* Last Six months Bank Statement
* ID Proofs ( Employee ID Card, Pan Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence, Smart Card, etc., )
* Approved Plan & Approval Letter
* Site Sale Deed & Estimate for Construction Loans.
* Sale Agreement & Vendor's Sale Deed for Purchase Loans.
* Sale Agreement, Construction Agreement, Builders Letter for FLAT Purchase Loans.
The above records to be submitted along with the Application and all parent documents ( Original / Xerox ) along with Encumbrance Certificate will be submitted for a legal opinion.

Yes, Subject to your Income you can avail Additional Loan
Yes, You can avail "Take Over Loan" and transfer your Loan to us.
Apart from your regular EMI, if you pay your principle by part repayment regularly the loan term will be reduced and closed at the earliest.
Under Sec. 80C, Tax rebate up to Rs.100000/- for repayment of Principal and under Sec. 24 Tax rebate up to Rs.150000/- for repayment of Interest.
